Aiesopimukset ovat hyvä neuvottelupohja yrityksille.
Viime vuosina on valtiovierailujen yhteydessä ja muissa ympäristötapaamisissa allekirjoitettu lukuisia Kiinan ja Suomen välisiä sekä alueellisia korkean tason aiesopimuksia (MoU). Nämä Suomen ja Kiinan väliset ympäristöliiketoiminnan aiesopimukset ovat hyvä neuvottelupohja yksittäisille yrityksille tai yritysryppäille luoda toimivia liikesuhteita Kiinassa.

Memorandum of understanding between The Ministry of Water Resources of the People´s Republic of China and The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of The Republic of Finland on Collaboration in Science and Technology within Water Resources Sector signed in 4th of June 1997.
Memorandum of understanding on Environmental Cooperation between the Ministry of the Environment of Republic of Finland and the State environmental Protection Administration of the People´s Republic of China signed in 9th of May 2002.
Memorandum of understanding on Environmental Cooperation between the National Development and Reform Commission of the People´s Republic of china and the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Finland signed in 25th of January 2007.
Memorandum of Understanding between China-Finland Cooperation in High Technology between the Ministry of Commerce of The People´s Republic of China and the Ministry of Employment and the Economy of the Republic of Finland signed in June 2009.
Memorandum of understanding between Office of the Mountain-River-Lake Development Committee of Jiangxi Province (MRLDO) and Finnish Environmental Cluster for China (FECC) signed in 18th of November 2009.
